Hear about a new tender the day it's published.

Tender alerts for small firms that sell to the public sector. Save a search of public tender notices, filtered for your field, your region or one buyer, and paste its address. Gairė checks it for you and sends an email, a text or a chat message when a new notice appears.

Nothing starts until you say yes on the next screen.

How it works

  1. Make the search in CVP IS, Lithuania's central public procurement information system: filter by your field's code, a region, a buyer or a keyword, sorted newest first. Copy the address of the results.
  2. Paste it here. The next screen shows the notices Gairė found before anything is saved.
  3. Choose who's told. You, or colleagues too: each person you add confirms their number or address with a code first.

Good to know

  • Gairė reads the first page of the results. Sort newest first, so a new notice lands where it looks.
  • It tells you a notice is new, not what's in it. It doesn't open the notice's documents or attachments.
  • It reads only what anyone can open without signing in. A search that needs your account on the portal can't be watched.

Questions

Which searches can it watch?
Public lists of notices in CVP IS that anyone can open: a search with your filters, or a buyer's list of its procurements. The next screen shows what Gairė found before you save.
How fast will I know?
A free account checks each page once an hour (every two hours from midnight to 6:00 Vilnius time). With Plus, every page is checked every 15 minutes, day and night. After an alert about a page, the next alert about the same page comes no sooner than 30 minutes later.
Can my whole team get the alert?
Yes. Add each person as a recipient; each confirms with a code before any alert is sent to them.
Does it read the tender documents?
No. It tells you that a new notice has appeared and links to it. Gairė doesn't read documents or files today.
