Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and MB Moku Programuoti (legal entity code 305756289, A. Vivulskio g. 41, Vilnius, Lithuania), which runs Gairė. By creating an account or using Gairė you agree to them.

Write to maksim@mokuprogramuoti.lt with any question about them.

What Gairė does

Gairė checks the web pages you choose on a schedule, works out what changed, and alerts you and the recipients you add by text message, email or webhook. It keeps a history of what it found.

Gairė is in a pilot and is free. The limits on an account, such as how many pages it can watch and how many messages it can send in a month, are shown in the dashboard and may change.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
  • Sign in with an email address that is yours, and keep access to it safe. What is done through your account is your responsibility, including what an AI agent you connect does.
  • One person or organisation, one account. Do not open several to get around the limits.

What you may watch, and how

Watch only pages that you are allowed to view and that anyone can open without signing in. You are responsible for having the right to use what Gairė shows you from them.

You may not use Gairė to:

  • break the law or anyone's rights, or follow or harass a person;
  • load a site so often, or in such a way, that it is harmed;
  • get around a site's access controls, or ours;
  • send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
  • resell the service, or build a competing one from it, without our written agreement.

We may refuse to watch a page, or stop watching it, when a site blocks us, when its owner asks us to, when the law requires it, or when watching it breaks these terms.

People you send alerts to

Add a person as a recipient only if they agreed to receive alerts from you. Each number or address has to be confirmed with a code before any alert is sent to it.

A recipient can stop the alerts at any time, and we stop sending to anyone who asks us to, whether or not you agree.

Pages, and what we keep from them

The pages you watch belong to their owners. To compare versions and show you what changed, we store copies of parts of those pages, including screenshots, for the periods the Privacy Policy sets out.

Each watch has a public record page showing the watch's name, the page's address, how often we checked it and what we caught or missed. Anyone who has its link can open it.

What you put into Gairė stays yours. Gairė's software, design and name stay ours.

Alerts and reliability

We work to check every page on its schedule and to alert you promptly, and each watch's record shows how we actually did. We do not promise that every change will be caught, that no alert will be wrong, or that an alert will arrive by a certain time.

A check can fail when a site is down, slow, or blocks us. Text messages and emails pass through carriers and providers we do not control.

Do not make Gairė your only source for anything where a missed or late alert could cause serious loss, such as a legal deadline, a safety matter or a financial decision.

AI agents

You can connect an AI agent to your account. It acts for you within what you allowed on the consent screen, and you can disconnect it under Settings → Agents. The agent's maker, not us, is responsible for how the agent behaves and for what it does with what it reads.

Price

Gairė is free today. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price before you buy, and nothing will be charged unless you agree to it.

Ending

You can stop at any time: Settings → Danger zone deletes your account and its data. You can export your data first under Settings → Privacy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

If we decide to shut Gairė down, we will email account holders at least 30 days before, so that you can export your data.

Our responsibility to you

Gairė is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost opportunity, including loss caused by a change that was missed, an alert that was late or wrong, or the service being unavailable.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We update the date at the top, and for a change that matters we email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account; using Gairė after the change takes effect means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.

Write to maksim@mokuprogramuoti.lt first and we will try to settle it. If we cannot, disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. A consumer may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania, which settles consumer disputes out of court.
